We are investing $10MM - $20MM starting Q1, 2010.

The portfolio company must cash flow. Margins over 35%. Revenues $5MM+. We will provide 80% of the investment as debt financing 5 year term and take 20% as equity. Exceptional terms.

I would enjoy getting to know members of this group. My firm assists with the valuation of tangible and intangible assets including IP for purposes of aquisitions. We are a mini Big 4 of sorts, with alot of appraisers, business valuatuion specialists and folks who can vale complicated financial instruments. I also work with alot of CPA's, on their clients, PEGS and financial institutions.
