HomeSight, LLC conducts pre-closing walk-throughs with new home buyers offering detailed feedback. These walk-throughs are more extensive than what a typical home inspection would cover. We concentrate on the quality and workmanship aspects of a newly constructed home as opposed to simply a mechanical inspection. There are literally hundreds of items inspected and a detailed report is provided to the buyer. The buyer is then able to address these issues with the builder prior to closing.
