- I'm an Aerospace Scientist / Engineer by training OTJ, I've been displaced from the industry for five years, during that time I've transitioned to Executive Coaching and key areas Cyber IT, Leadership, and Life. I've created a business model to assist transitioning aerospace professionals to new professions through coaching. I've been an executive coach to engineering managers in some choice companies and to the USAF in providing them with IT Forensic Security for our National Defense. I've worked for NASA-JSC, Marshall, Kennedy and Ames, Goddard, Space Centers as a Government Contractor for the last 15 years and 7 years for the corporate USA in various areas. My side businesses I've worked as a Vocal Instructor over my professional careers. I'm a professional speaker and have presented for the Sally Ride Science Festival to Teachers K-12 on the topic of Science and Math as it relates to Music as a supporting structure. I've presented security training to professionals and to commanders in the USAF. I've developed curriculum for specialized classes for a Nuclear Training Facility for their Risk and Reliability Incident Reporting Tool. Though I have all this experience I've been unable to locate sustainable employment for these last 5 years other than contracts I've found on my own. My last consulting position was as a Safety Engineer for the International Space Station in 2009. I've opened my own woman owned business which is a disadvantaged company, which I've decided to close. I'm currently seeking support and funding to launch a new staffing paradigm to help others highly qualified like myself to transition to a new career. My brand is that I'm an Executive Coach, my passion is focused on aerospace and the future of cyber security.
