Healthcare in our country is a multi-trillion-dollar industry, yet over 50 million Americans lack coverage of some kind.

Several changes in the Health Care Affordabilty Act, have already been implemented.

  • Children under a parent’s health insurance plan can now remain on their parents plan up to age 26.
  • Also, children with preexisting health conditions cannot be excluded from coverage.
  • More changes are expected this year.

There are ways for Americans to get affordable Dental and Medical insurance coverage today, without being turned down.

If you are an employer, you may face a $2,000 fine per employee after the first 30 employees if health insurance is not provided to employees.

 If you employ less than 25 employees and the average wage of employees is less than $50,000, tax credits are available for you, which might be an incentive to provide health coverage.

Great Page CJ. Thanks for joining. Hopefully I can introduce you to the others at our next networking event the second Tuesday of every month in UpTown Park.

I will also be creating groups for other areas of town and encouraging those groups to have regularly scheduled meetings that we can attend if we want but which should be more convenient for those areas.
