By trade, I am a Piping Designer in the oil industry, but my company is utilizing my case load and supervisory skills in the role of Change Management Specialist and Strategic Process planning Specialist. What that means is that my company has merged with and bought two more companies and I help facilitate the change across the company.

I have also started a small bullet manufacturing company call Impact Ammo Inc. Having been in law enforcement for ten years and being a training instructor while I was there, I see the need for practice ammunition for federal and local law enforcement. I also serve civilian’s but by order only. I’m small right now, but I have a strategic plan to grow the business to a large operation inside five years.

I am a husband of 17 years and a father of two wonderful children. I enjoy the simple things in life like ice cream on the front porch with the kids.
