As Vice President of International Business Development, my role includes:
•Creating offshore business development alliances to improve profitability; managing the entire sales process from prospecting and qualifying to closing new deals; augmenting corporate relations with International Counterparts.
•Negotiating and closing partnership contracts with fortune 500 companies to facilitate international sales.
•Providing strategic direction and management oversight for the company's public relations and communications strategies, solidifying the company's presence worldwide.

Previous experience:

As a Community Liaison for the City of Houston's Department of Public Works and Engineering, I was responsible for interfacing with departments, consultants, regulatory agencies, and the general public in order to address inquiries or concerns.

My core skills included public relations & strategic communications for the Public Education and Outreach Unit:

• Publicity and Networking- Primary contact for publicity, public announcements, brand management and general public relations support in accordance with the Public Information Officer's guidelines. Monitoring news media and other public forums and maintaining awareness of political influences and developments related to the agency's mission and strategic goals.
• Communications Design and Production- Lead media designer and editor for Education and Outreach Team. Producing, formatting and revising various publication materials (technical training manuals, business plans, internal and external information communications) and serving as a web content manager for Unit website.
• Research and Development- investigate appropriate social marketing techniques for current and future outreach projects. Developing sources of information, identifying and analyzing issues, developing options and alternatives, coordinating findings, and preparing written reports or oral briefings for key stakeholders.
