The company I work for is the Total Financial Group and we offer companies the next generation of 125 plans which allows companies to keep more money in their bank account, helps employees keep more of their own money, and provides additional benefits to employees at no out of pocket expense to the employees or employer. Plus, we do this without changing the company's existing healthcare plan.
