Hmmm.... very quick blog this....

The commercial real estate market in the US is crashing right now. Valuations are down, vacancy factors are up and demand is down.

Many highly leveraged holders of commercial real estate are being squeezed. Bankruptcy courts are re-negotiating leases down in favor of the tenants. Notes coming due are not easily being refinanced if at all due to tighter lending criteria.

I seldom look at IH, sorry for the delay. I just took a job as director of marketing for Southeast Media. My job entails heavy writing - journals, business publications and direct mail copy.
