Westpark Communications is expanding exponentially in servicing companies requiring back office services to radio and TV advertising. We are also providing full customer services to companies who do not have their own customer service department. We also assist our clients with daytime overflow and after hours live telephone answering.

Our clients need 24/7 live answering potential. They need accurate information gathered from the caller or delivered to an on-call person. Motivation during a Problematic Economy

I have seen many motivators and de-motivators over the years and it doesn't seem to be related to the economy. Salary, corporate policies and work load always seem to be there as a problem. Many feel recognition and appreciation are motivators. I personally feel empowerment to succeed is the key to getting employees to press onward regardless of the economic environment. Answer to budget cuts: Stop answering phones - What A Tragic Choice

I don't know how long this link will reside on comcast.net however this is a tragic choice for many reasons. It appears the Elpaso County clerk's office in Colorado is overwhelmed and feels it is better not to answer the phone. This is for budget cut purposes.
