About Me:

Divine Nature was created in 2000 when I, began making soaps and other natural products for my son, who was battling allergies and skin sensitivities. My love of chemistry and aromatherapy came together with my awe for all things natural to make a difference for family and friends.

I obtained a B.S. and an MBA from Texas A&M University. I spent several years studying chemistry in the Chemical Engineering program. After an internship in a chemical refinery, I knew I needed to head in a different direction. Upon graduation, I began a 10-year career as an IT Consultant with Anderson Consulting. I retired from this to raise my family and pursue other interests. Divine Nature's products and educational seminars are the result of eight years of research and development.

I am active in the American Business Women's Association, The American Cancer Society, The Federation of Houston Prefessional Women, eWomen Network,The Boy Scouts of America, Texas Soapmaker's Association, Go Texan and other youth and charitable organizations.
