Thanks for looking at my Profile. In training and development, measuring the end results (positive/negative,) is essential in the design and implementation process. If it doesn't measure a business or organization’s objective(s,) then, it's not beneficial. With that said, there are times when training isn't the answer. I'm candid with my clients and give them other suggestions for reaching their goals. I hope this isn't more than what you wanted to hear. Thanks again.
