These are his specifications. The venue needs to have a patio, preferrably on the East side of the building (the meeting is at 3pm) they have heat concerns - I reminded him that it was August/Sept. Anyway, they want the patio due to the fact that both gentlemen are smokers, so that needs to be a 'smoking patio on the east of the building' - Oddly enough, they don't have any food preference.
