Fixed cameras as it sounds, point in one direction and do not move. They come in different styles bullet, box, or dome.
PTZ cameras can be moved, left, right, up, down and can zoom in and out with the use of a remote control system.

What else are CCTV cameras being used for?

Just recently, started working with a property management company that needed a solution for a local gated community.

The problem was vehicles exiting and entering into the community were hitting the gates. After repairing the gates several times, they decided to they needed surveillance cameras to monitor the entrances and see who is hitting the gates.

Indoor Air Pollution

Along with being in the Communications Industry, I made a venture into Air Purifiers. Learned about a company called Ecoquest, dabled with the Fresh Air Purifier side of the business.
