Perfect Client: Small Business that has one or many Microsoft Servers. They don't even know what Disaster Recovery means or they beleive that it is the same as Backup. They tell us that they must stay operational no matter what!

Urgent Needs and Compelling Desires of Target Market(s): Have no complete Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plan. Does not know what would happen in the event the Server(s) failed. Has no clue as to what would be involved, or how long it would take.
