About Me:
Results are my passion, and I am an expert at challenging leaders and their teams to make the leap between training and applying what they have learned to the real work they do. My fun and lively approach motivates others to embrace new ideas, as I emphasize alignment and accountability to help ensure everyone is behind the effort to achieve clearly defined goals. The results always speak for themselves with massive results in greater profits, team synergy, and getting back the only limited asset we have- TIME.

Thought I Would Share This With Everyone

I thought I would share with you one of my favorite ALL time people, whose business survives well after his death, Dale Carnegie. He might be considered the father of Self Improvement. He and Zig Ziglar are my favorite sales inspirations.
I printed this out and have it next to my phone and on my bathroom mirror.

Working As A Team

All too often the cry is heard ‘you can’t get good people’ or ‘why can’t I get my people to do as I tell them’. Well here’s a few ideas that may make life a lot easier.

Consider for a moment, the business owner who has 10 people working in the business, yet they’re the ones doing all the work. What’s the point!?

Firstly, let’s get back to basics. Most people in business will understand how important systems are. Systems are usually responsible for having a business that runs smoothly (and prof… Continue

Hi Steve,

I regret missing your training on how to get the most out of this site. I was working and could not get away. I am still interested in hearing your ideas and strategies.

Hi Steve, Thanks for the friend request. You have a very interesting background. What's your 10-second elevator speech?

My specialty is building clear, concise and compelling communications that get results on any social media page. Clarity is King!

After getting good feedback on my Marketing Mantra presentation from a local professional group last week, I'm looking for other groups that may be also interested in some super-charged branding. Thanks for any leads or suggestions.

In any case, take care and have a fantastic week.

Thanks Steve. We have our first fundraiser, The Watermelon Festival, on August 2. That is taking up a lot of our time right now. Three weeks and counting!! We will have a lot more time after that. We are all thinking we will need a small break, then back to work. So lets keep in touch.

Hi Steve,
I read your profile. It sounds like you do great work. I hope very soon my nonprofit will be able to talk with about how we can be the best for the autistic families in our area.
