I have been in the IT profession for about fifteen years and would like to network with other business owners and create solid relationships. I have worked in large enterprise environments as well as smaller environments. I enjoy engaging the customer and providing the great customer service experience when I help resolve IT related issues. I think calling your IT service provider shouldn't be a bad experience but a pleasant one. Just sayin!
Have Attended Live InHouston Netweaving Events (ever):
would like to
My perfect client is a business owner who would like making technology work for them and have a network of computers and server(s). Business's are not always aware of the tools (software..sometimes hardware) that are out there that can help them run their business much more efficiently. Sometimes alot of these tools are free or what we call (open source) but sometimes not. We can definitely walk through their work flow process and make simple recommendations that may go a very long way. I like to find innovative ways to get tasks done.
Businesses that do not have dedicated IT support and or companies that have an in-house IT person but would like assistance with special projects or help with current workload. We provide service to companies in any organization.
I am a nerd at heart... so anything techie ... is what I enjoy. Ok I would say moderately nerdy! I am very involved in growing my business lately but take time here and there to take an occasional trip. My next trip is traveling up north to go see an NFL game!
What does your company do to focus on its purpose?
We set our goals high in customer service. A "great customer experience" is the impression we want to leave with our customers after speaking with us. We follow up with our clients and make sure there are no unresolved issues.
