Hi Susan
Sorry for the delayed response. I'm been out of pocket for the past 2.5 months due to an offer from Penguin Publishers to write a business networking book. This project has consumed a lot of my time. However, I have met all of my immediate deadlines and am back with the living!
Yes, Chimes street it was! I took my wife there on our first date and one of the crazy bikers that hung out there started chewing on a glass beer mug. Good times. The guy who ran the place would make a huge pot of redfish courtbouillon once a year. Magoos was a refuge from the "frats". Yeah, I now recognize the value of networking inherent in the fraternity system but at the time I was of a more counter-culture bent. Thanks for the memory jog.
Welcome Susan, to our community, be sure to check out our different groups, and the upcoming events. You may also want to contact Sara Lager in the Inner Loop Group.
