About Me:
As President and CEO of Argus Advisory Group, Tom, combines strength-based coaching with traditional business consulting to provide organizations with sound business advice and guidance. The company specializes in accelerating executive development and team performance in small to medium sized companies as well as teams within large organizations. Tom also teaches “How to Build High Performance Teams” at the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University for the Executive MBA program.
Tom has over 25 years of experience in building high performance leaders and teams. Tom is a high performance individual who has hired and led many high performance teams. In fact, based on the Argus principals Tom has led sales teams that have achieved six straight years of over 100% quota performance.
Prior to forming Argus Advisory Group, Tom spent 11 ½ years with Hewlett-Packard & Compaq Computer Corporation. His positions during his tenure started from Area Sales Manager climbing to Vice President of Global Sales Development. Past positions and companies, include VP Marketing & Sales with Nova Graphics International, President and Owner of a Value Added Reseller business, Senior Account Manager with Synercom and General Manager at Anacomp, Inc.
