- $3,500 Non Refundable payment due upon signing the contract.
- Remaining balance due is paid to escrow. (Client has up to 60 days to fund Safefunds.com escrow account)

Engineer Based Cost Segregation

The Cost Segregation payments are structured as follows:

- 50% of project fee due upon signing the contract.
- Remaining balance due upon completion of project and delivery of final cost segregation study.
