Wow, I'm looking at some of your graduation dates. Ok, so I'm officially OLD! I can accept that. ;-) Great to re-connect with my fellow Coogs!

I'm a Bates College of Law Juris Doctorate grad, and VERY pumped about our Coogs! What a game this last Saturday! I was there to witness the 59-0 halftime score, then see Andre Ware and the rest of the1989 Coogs honored out on the field. A proud moment for our program. I'm looking forward to seeing what bowl we play in this year.

Hi Guys! REBN (the Renewable Energy Business Network) is having an event on Tuesday, Nov. 3rd at the McCormick & Schmick's in Uptown Park focusing on solar with several guest speakers (one of them being Prof. Shay Curran of UH!). The panel discussion will be followed by networking with other industry professionals. Please check out my page for more details!

To Sue's question below about getting involved with UH fundraisers etc. Given that you and your hubby own a piano company, I would suggest getting involved with both the Conrad Hilton College and certainly with the Music school. UH regularly receives piano donations which they use for students for a while before selling to the public. I know the hotel school has at least one baby grand that they use for events in the hotel etc. I used to play it upstairs at the school between classes. I also used to sneak into the practice rooms at the music school to play there between classes also :) Glad to see you get involved. Coogs don't really "relate" to their alma mater like the aggies and longhorns for example...Cheers!

Hey my fellow Coogs! I graduated in 96' (I think :)...It took me like 10 years to finish my BS...I know...not the sharpest tool in the shed :) Actually like many Coogs, I lived here in H-town, commuted, worked full time while attending school and raising a family. Anyway, I finished! I attended the Conrad Hilton College of HRM...now the top hotel school in the country!

My husband and I both graduated from U of H years ago, but we would like to get involved. We own a piano company and would like to participate in fundraisers and events. Any suggestions?
