My unique talent is helping creative business leaders and teams figure out and implement the detailed processes of turning an idea into a functional and deliverable reality. A significant part of the vision building is translating the "idea" into communications that give others - investors, partners, customers - a clear understanding of the envisioned solution and its value. Business plans, product profiles and marketing, financial analysis and realistic schedule planning are a part of the process.
About Me:
Have served as an executive in a number of businesses and industries, and as the President of Synogy I assist businesses in strategic planning, including business plans and financial proformas; developing more effective business operations and communication systems; and establishing creative marketing programs.

Passionate in service. Committed to Excellence. Building other people, and helping them accomplish their dreams.

By nature I am a creative “generalist” with a passion for building businesses - including learning new things and solving new problems. My greatest value to those I’ve served has usually been from tackling new areas with a variety of unknowns and analyzing in detail the issues, needs, challenges, and then creating effective solutions – often on a limited budget.

My decades of experience in leadership in small and emerging businesses has built strongly on this basic nature. With resources to hire specialists often limited, I have often been placed into a position which required learning a needed skill to accomplish an important business goal. Consequently I have developed a reputation as a “producer” – analyzing the problem and creating the solution myself, not just talking about what needs to be done.

For many years I have been referred to as “The Right Hand Man” by a number of leaders I’ve assisted. Thirty years ago a business leader I served as VP for eight years commented that I was the “epitome of the number two man – the ‘Right Hand Man’ – because everything I throw at you, you figure out how to do it – even when you’ve never done it before, and I don’t have to worry about it because I know you address all the details and make sure it is done ‘right’!” Other leaders I've served have adopted that title for me.

Thirty years of service and leadership in the homeschool arena in Texas, including co-founder of the South East Texas Home School Association. Called the "Grandfather of Homeschooling in Houston" by some leaders because of the thousands of families who have had their beginning in the "How to Homeschool Successfully" workshops that have been taught for 20+ years.

I have a great passion for public speaking and doing workshops on topics that have life changing impact! It is an incredible joy to be able to help and encourage people face challenges in their lives.
