In my role as Project Coordinator I was responsible for the scheduling of meetings between the architect, client and subconsultants and the routing of project documents. I was responsible for other office special projects in addition to those responsibilites. I became very familiar with green design and LEED credits. During my tenure at the engineering firm I support the Principal, Engineers, Architect and Construction Consultants. I provided ongoing project administrative support functions in the areas of proposals, reports, event planning, and processing detailed reports on job status and costs. I also had the responsibility of running the office in addition to being the “go-to” contact for the corporate IT, HR, Accounting, and Business Development departments.
I am currently in a job search. I am a mature, dependable, proficient administrator offering expertise in executive and project team administrative support, including all aspects of office management. I was respected throughout the office as the “go-to” person on multiple fronts. Polished communication skills coupled with multi-level relationship building demonstrate my commitment to excellence within all levels of the organization.
First of all, thanks for the invitation. I am really looking forward to networking and getting to know you as well. We live in Sharpstown at the moment. We ALSO have farm land up in Liberty County, that backs up the the Cleveland Nature Preserve.
Would love to do just that. CAP and SNAP both are pretty overwhelmed at this point, and, with Sean's organization being a dead issue due to financial peculations, we really NEED to get the word out and work with some of the animal foundations that have been set up to help deal with this ongoing animal crisis.
