I've worked in Financial Services for over 15 years, starting with A.G. Edwards. I was an Edward Jones Branch Office Administrator working for Hector Santos in Missouri City from May of 2010 to July of 2011. I now work as Office Coordinator for the law firm of BoyarMiller.

Servant Leader, Give It First Networker?
Have Attended Live InHouston Netweaving Events (ever):
Hi, Nancy ~
I am planning to attend Wednesday's event, and am looking forward to it.
I think the interview went ok.. although now that it's over I can think of a dozen things I should have said, or should have said differently. It's only my 4th interview (in 7 months), so if nothing else at least I got some interview practice!
Thanks for asking...
How did the interview go?
Have you checked out all the upcoming networking events? I'd love to meet you at one of them... the Uptown mixer at the Tasting Room this coming Wedesday is the original and biggest InHouston networking event each month. I hope to see you and connect with you at one of them soon
Welcome to InHouston. Networking is a great way to get back in the game. I was with Frito-Lay for 23 years and understand the difficulty of "starting over" after being with a company for an extended time. If you would like someone to proofread your resume or just want to bounce an idea off someone, please don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you, Dianne! I am new to the networking scene. I was laid off from my job of 19 years at the end of June and am still looking for work (clerical/administrative). I hope to learn more about the art of networking at the mixer that's coming up next Wednesday, the 10th. If you have any tips, I'd surely welcome them.
Thanks again, and have a great day.
