I am certified to train Achieve Global's Customer Service modules for Call centers and inside sales people. I also do telecom system end user training on site as well as developing and hosting on line training tutorials.
I live in Pearland and have lived in the Houston area all my life. I have been in business since 2005. I have been a certified trainer for 12 years and have worked for several training companies before starting my own venture.

Any company with a call center or groups who interact with that company's customers on the telephone or in person.
For the telecom aspect of my business a perfect client would be a telecom company or the HR person in any company.
All markets benefit from my training however companies with inside customer contact people benefit most from my customer service training. Telecom companies and companies that occasionally add employees and need a simple, convenient method to train those new employees how to access and use the features of the telephone system.
