How did you hear about this site InHouston?
I was searching for networking groups\meetings in Houston....and boom there it was.
Lackey & Associates Residential Real Estate Group and Mortgage Consultants.
Niche (Services/Products your company provides:)
We conduct educational seminars for the benefit of individuals who are besieged with the acquisition of real property.

A few of our seminars include: 1.) I am ready to own my own home, what do I do first? 2.) “Your Credit Score Demystified,” 3.) “Mortgage lending: What It Takes To Get An Approval,” 4.) “First-Time Homebuyer Seminars,” and 5.) “Home Equity Management.”
About Me:
A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1975, Bill has worked with homeowners, business owners and investors throughout his real estate career and counsels clients step-by-step, from the early stages of the buying and selling process all the way through the closing and afterward, to ensure that they can anticipate what is expected of them as principals and he, as their Realtor, is obligated and committed to perform.

Bill does his “home work,” thoroughly analyzes market data and conveys those findings to his clients. He is careful not to promise what is not in the realm of possibility and believes strongly in the importance of remaining flexible.

This means being able to learn new things and change with the times, a philosophy that Bill embraces wholeheartedly. This is evidenced by his well rounded background which includes experience as a Business Broker where he worked with owners in the appraisal, sale and acquisition of closely held businesses in retail, distributing, manufacturing, and service industries.

Bill also has extensive knowledge of every aspect of homebuilding and quality construction. A decided plus for his clients, he recently utilized these skills for himself when he acted as the general contractor for construction of his own family home in Spring Valley Village.

Although he helps clients buy and sell property throughout the Greater Houston area, he focuses much of his attention to neighborhoods in the Memorial, Spring Branch, west Houston, and Katy areas.

On a personal level, Bill stays very involved in the community and active in professional organizations. A few of his relationships have come from organizations such as:

●The Greater Houston Builders Association
●State Securities Commission
●Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending
●Houston Association of Realtors®
●Texas Association of Business Brokers
●Toastmasters International
●Boy Scout Leader Troop #673
●St. Cecilia Catholic Church volunteer and Oktoberfest cooking team leader.

Born and raised in Kerrville, Texas, Bill has been a resident of Houston since 1979. He is married and the father of a 26 year old son and a 24 year old daughter.

Perfect Client
Individuals who desire to purchase or sell a primary residence, a 2nd home and residential investment property, with credit scores above 660 and employed.
Target Market(s)
► Harris and the surrounding counties,
► First-time homebuyers,
► Move-Up and downsizing homebuyers and sellers,
► Homeowners who desire to sell their home,
► Providing results to people's real estate and mortgage problems.
Urgent Needs and Compelling Desires of Target Market(s)
Having a diverse background, sharing the knowledge gained over the years is what feeds our desire to help people own their own home, especially first-time homebuyers. Encouraging home buyers to start out by doing first things first eliminates going back to correct something that should have been taken care of in the early stages of the home buying process, thereby, reducing problems later on. Taking direction from someone who is knowledgeable of what it takes to get loan approval and then, move forward to selecting a neighborhood in which to live, finding a home that fits their needs and requirements, making an offer to purchase a home and going to the closing table in a timely manner. The list of the services that we offer our clients goes on and on. It does not stop with the closing of the real estate, it’s just the beginning.
Opportunities said Target Market(s) would love to invest in
Homes that are new to the market place, that are in good condition and priced to sell.
Benefits of investible opportunities to Target Market(s)
1. Pride of home ownership.
2. Appreciating asset.
3. Tax advantages for homeowners.
4. Build wealth for the family.
5. Not contending with landlords and rent increases.
6. The freedom to landscape, remodel or paint at will.
"Other interests" (Traveling, wine, books, etc...):
Playing the drums, golf, hanging with friends, reading, occasional glass of wine, and the usual stuff fathers do with their children.
What does your company do to focus on its purpose?
Work on productive tasks that benefits my clients.
Veteran? Which Branch?
Army National Guard.
